I focus on mapping how trauma, women's health, body relationship and substance-use patterns show up in your daily rhythms and choices. In sessions we move between focused skill-building (breath, grounding, CBT reframes) and gentle exploration of memory, meaning and habits, pacing work to your tolerance and goals. Between appointments I often suggest short, practical experiments to test new ways of responding and tracking shifts. This way of working tends to suit adults ready to connect insight with steady, everyday change.
