I support individuals navigating emotional challenges, whether you’re an expat adjusting to a new life or someone struggling with anxiety and trauma. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or stuck, I´m here to help

About Me

I offer a calm, collaborative space to explore emotional challenges. If you're feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or stuck, I'm here to help you navigate these experiences. Whether adjusting as an expat or grappling with anxiety and past trauma, we can work together. My approach helps you develop practical strategies in session, finding clear pathways forward. You can move towards greater clarity and a renewed sense of direction.

Approach

Together we translate emerging clarity into concrete, manageable experiments you can try in and between sessions, so progress feels steady and integrated into daily life. Sessions—in Toronto, online across time zones, or during visits to Paraguay—are offered in English and Spanish and move at a measured pace, attending to thoughts, emotions and bodily cues. I blend gentle somatic noticing with values-based choices and brief practical planning, using assessments when they help map patterns. This approach fits adults facing relocation, anxiety, stress or past hurt who want clear, lived strategies.
