Basic Information

Services

Hi there! I'm Anna, a clinical psychologist passionate about helping people through life's toughest moments. I work with military, civilian, and LGBTQ+ clients dealing with stress, depression, life crises, traumatic experiences. Currently I'm deepening my expertise in person-centered therapy while exploring the promising field of psychedelic-assisted therapy as an innovative treatment approach. I believe everyone deserves understanding and support without judgment. My goal is to create a space where people can be themselves and find their own path to healing. I work at a state mental health center where I provide comprehensive psychological care, and I'm currently pursuing advanced training in person-centered therapy to deepen my therapeutic skills. My practice serves both civilian and military clients who are navigating stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and difficult decisions. I also work with LGBTQI+ clients at a private clinic, providing affirming care throughout their journey.
