Services

If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and uncertain about how to manage life's up's and down's, you might wonder whether it's possible to find peace amidst life's changes and transitions. Whether you're experiencing relationship issues, stress or anxiety, navigating a recent health diagnosis or medical trauma, or grieving a loss - I walk you through the work of identifying patterns that are keeping you stuck, so you can finally live as your most authentic self. I believe that every transition holds the potential for growth, and that it is possible to emerge on the other side feeling empowered to live in alignment with your values. We will work together to discover your goals for therapy, explore what ‘feeling better’ means for you, and create a path to get you there. Change can be daunting, but starting therapy doesn’t need to be! Whether you're considering therapy or just want to learn more about the therapeutic process, I encourage you to call or email me for a free consultation.
