Approach
My collaborative approach integrates principles and techniques from many therapy modalities, including Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Existential-Humanistic, Early Attachment, and Trauma-Based Therapies. I’m committed to creating an inclusive and trauma-informed space where you feel respected, understood, and accepted.
