Amir Noureddine, MA

Pre-Licensed Therapist

As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and Hypnotherapy Practitioner, I am committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward self-integration. With ongoing training in clinical psychology and psychoorganic analysis, I integrate evidence-based approaches with body-oriented practices to foster deep emotional discovery and meaning making.

About Me

As a Somatic Hypnotherapist, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and pre-licensed Clinical Psychologist I support individuals on their path toward deep and embodied healing. My approach weaves together evidence-based psychological methods, body-oriented practices such as Somatic Experiencing, and my ongoing training in Psychoorganic Analysis. This integrative framework helps clients reconnect with their bodies, welcome the stream of emotions, and cultivate authentic self-integration. It is especially suited for those seeking meaningful, sustainable transformation and anchored ways to navigate life’s complexities.

Approach

Sessions unfold with gentle curiosity, using somatic attunement to map sensations, narratives and habitual responses so change feels embodied rather than only understood. I pace work to your tolerance. You can expect steady, paced steps that honour nervous system rhythms and practical needs. This way of working often suits people seeking tangible relief from anxiety, stress or trauma.
