Ms Allyson Pease

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors

You are the expert in your life! My goal is to help you explore, remember, enhance & practice your strengths as you navigate life.

About Me

Life's journey can bring challenges, but you hold the wisdom to navigate them. My role is to guide you in rediscovering and building upon your inherent strengths. We'll explore what truly empowers you, remembering past successes and enhancing your natural abilities. We'll practise new ways to apply these strengths, building confidence for your path ahead. This collaborative approach suits those ready to actively engage their inner resources for lasting change.

Approach

We lean into moments when you’ve already managed change, naming what worked and shaping small, repeatable practices from those wins. In my Austin office, in English, sessions are steady and paced to your needs—sometimes focused talk, sometimes short experiential tasks—and I often offer simple between-session experiments so you can try new ways in real life. You’ll leave with clear, doable steps to practice and adapt, a fit for folks who want active, strength-based work that builds confidence over time.
