I am a qualified psychologist and psychotherapist experienced in the latest psychological techniques, scientifically proven to be effective in helping people to overcome anxiety disorders, depression, crisis and as tools for self and career development.
I integrate CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and third wave CBT approaches such as Mindfulness and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) with more humanistic approaches such as Counseling, Coaching and Problem Solving.
