Psychologist,
PhD in foreign Languages
Innere Stadt, Wien.
Italian psychologist, psychotherapist-in-training (post-Freudian psychodynamic approach), and mental trainer, based in Vienna. My work is driven by a deep passion for exploring the human mind, emotions, creativity, and relationships.
Having experienced the challenges of relocating, I understand the emotional complexities expats face when adapting to new cultures. As a pianist and composer, I am also familiar with the unique pressures and anxieties of musicians, especially in performance settings.
My background bridges art and science. I earned a Ph.D. in foreign languages from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, refining my ability to interpret human experiences across cultures. Later, I pursued a master’s degree in psychology and neurosciences, deepening my understanding of unconscious and emotional processes. I am currently training in psychotherapy at SISPI Milan.
With a deep commitment to fostering personal growth and emotional well-being, I operate in Vienna, in Bösendorferstraße 5/10, or online, providing a supportive space for clients to explore their inner worlds and navigate life’s challenges. I tailor each session to the unique needs of each individual, integrating psychodynamic principles with imaginative techniques, dream analysis, and the transformative power of music. I specialize in guiding clients through processes of self-discovery, emotional healing, and building resilience, always grounded in a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
I offer in-person and online therapy in Italian, English, and German. Officially registered with the Order of Psychologists of Lombardy (No. 29240).

CORE SERVICES:
Working from an office in Vienna and online, I move between focused assessment and reflective dialogue to understand where you feel stuck. Sessions are steady and paced — we set an immediate practical aim, then explore the patterns underneath with thoughtful questions, brief cognitive checks, and moments to reflect between meetings. Therapy often mixes gentle interpretation with concrete strategies for stress, relationship patterns, or relocation challenges, tailored to your pace and language. People navigating big transitions or chronic overwhelm tend to find this balanced, practical-reflective way of working helpful.
