Counseling Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

A certified REBT therapist from AEI, New York (USA). I tailor interventions for your unique needs and goals. All kinds of thoughts and feelings are welcome in this space.

About Me

A trauma-informed therapist who works with clients going through diverse experiences (neurodivergence, third-culture identity and complex trauma). I also take a queer-sensitive, multicultural and anti-oppressive approach to therapy.

Approach

I take a collaborative approach. This means that I team up with my clients to create a plan according to their expectations and needs.

Throughout the sessions, I help clients understand their experiences, process their feelings and build coping skills that will last them well beyond therapy.

I also work from a trauma-informed lens, which means detecting signs of emotional trauma and addressing that in safe ways.

Taking a multicultural context helps me support clients from different ethnicities in a culturally-senstive way.
