Mrs Dee at Ahead Counsellng Psychology Rabbolini

Psychologist

A Private practice in a quiet suburb where you will feel welcome, validated and understood by a mature well seasoned Psychologist.

About Me

I am a psychologist in Terrigal, New South Wales. I provide counselling for a variety of presentations e.g life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, mood disorders, relationship difficulties etc. I work with individuals and also do couple work, working with you to build practical coping strategies and clear steps forward.

Approach

Sessions unfold with calm focus, in a modest Gosford practice where we move at a steady, respectful pace that honours your story. I blend practical problem-solving with gentle exploration, helping you map patterns that maintain distress and try small, manageable experiments to shift them. Between appointments I offer brief tools and tasks to practise and we review what’s working so momentum is kept realistic. Those navigating transitions, loss or relationship strain often find this practical, steady approach reassuring and effective.
