About Me
Feeling stressed, anxious, or generally out of sorts can be tough to navigate alone. I offer a supportive space to explore what’s troubling you. Using a psychodynamic approach, we can understand deeper patterns. My work is bolstered by CBT, providing practical tools for daily life. This combined method helps you find clarity and feel more like yourself. I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, aiming to help you regain balance.
Approach
When life feels overwhelming and nights are restless, we turn attention to the patterns beneath current distress, shifting from short-term coping to clearer understanding and choice. Sessions take place in my London consulting room or online, in English or Swedish, offering a steady, confidential space paced to your needs. Together we map recurrent themes, use focused CBT exercises and brief assessments, and set small between-session experiments to test new habits. This way of working suits adults seeking both insight and practical change.
