About Me

I am a warranted Counsellor in Żejtun, Malta. I offer confidential counselling to help you manage anxiety, trauma, grief, family issues, domestic violence, relationship challenges, general life stressors, self-esteem or body image issues, or for improving self-awareness. My session availabilities are for late afternoons and evenings Monday to Friday, as well as Saturday mornings. On public holidays, morning sessions might also be available, depending on availability.

Approach

As a therapist, I believe that my clients are the experts in their own lives, and my role is to support them in making the difficult things a little easier to carry. Therapy is less about removing the struggles and more about learning to sit with them, understand them, and grow through them together. Together, we can begin to notice the patterns, emotions, and stories that shape your life. In that reflection lies the possibility for understanding, growth, and meaningful change.
