I’m a clinical psychologist based in the Pietermaritzburg area. I work with adolescents and adults.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist based in Hayfields, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. I treat adolescents and adults who experience a range of emotional and psychological difficulties. These include (but are not limited to) mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, work place stress and burnout, loss and bereavement, relationship difficulties and personality difficulties . I provide individual therapy, counseling, and support to aid your personal development.

Approach

I use a variety of treatment modalities, although I tend to think psychodynamically, helping people to gain insight into the meanings behind their emotions and behaviours. In this way, I endeavour to assist people to live more satisfying lives.
