About Me
Perhaps words don't fully capture your inner world. If traditional talking therapy hasn't quite met your needs, you might find a different approach here. I help individuals uncover emotions and experiences through art-making. This creative process supports emotion regulation, mindfulness, and processing trauma or grief. Clients often find it a powerful way to navigate depression and anxiety. Art helps build self-understanding at their own comfortable pace.
Approach
When words don’t hold it, I invite gentle making—drawing, clay, collage and guided breath—to help you map emotions into something visible and calm. In my Karachi studio and online, sessions move at your pace in English or Hindi/Urdu, with clear check-ins, brief reflective practices between meetings, and optional small-group explorations when connection feels useful. We pay attention to bodily sensations and image rhythms to slow overwhelm and build regulation skills. People finding this helpful usually want practical, creative ways to understand grief, trauma or anxiety.
