About Me
Approach
Our minds and bodies do not function separately or independently of the environment. At Mindful Synergi, we understand that the mind and body are intrinsically bound together. The health of one always has implications for the other, therefore, each must be nurtured in a balanced way to ensure our optimal health. The stronger this connection, the more we are able to deal with life’s stressors and complications.
Mindful Synergi draws on both Western and Eastern philosophies to create a tailored approach for you. We use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help you improve your mental and physical health. If you are ready to change, improve or maintain your health and wellbeing, contact us to discuss which of our services we recommend for you.
