About Me

My passion is to support individuals, families, and businesses through complex life challenges. As an experienced social worker and mediator, I assist clients in addressing a wide range of concerns. This includes trauma, marital issues, personal growth and insights, and family transitions. I use EMDR to guide adults in processing difficult experiences. For children, I offer play therapy to help them safely express feelings and develop tools for coping and managing difficult life matters. I provide practical support and resolution for those seeking healing or navigating conflict. I am available for parenting plans, voice of the child assessments and assisting families in transitions of divorce, separation, and loss. I look forward to serving you and walking alongside you on your journey.

Approach

Problems tied to relationships and past hurts are met with structured, compassionate pacing that blends mediation techniques with trauma-sensitive care. In Cape Town (Hout Bay) or online in English, sessions move between short practical check-ins, safe EMDR protocols when memories are overwhelming, and playful, expressive tasks for children, with clear notes and focused steps to practice between meetings. Assessments and parenting-plan work are collaborative and evidence-informed; I offer concrete tools for grief, addiction triggers or burnout while building everyday resilience. This approach suits individuals of all ages, couples and families wanting practical healing.
