Certified Professional Counselor

Hello, Are you feeling anxious or depressed? Are you struggling with your relationships? You don't have to cope on your own. I am a BACP registered counsellor based in Northfields/ Hanwell W7 and Richmond TW9. Get in touch to find out more.

About Me

I am a Registered Guidance Counsellor based in Ealing Hanwell and Richmond, Greater London. I provide individual therapy and counselling for life transitions, anxiety, mood disorders, personal development, and relationship issues. I keep sessions confidential and focus on practical next steps.

Approach

I believe that we all have the capacity and the wisdom to resolve our difficulties and to improve our lives. Unfortunately, sometimes this ability to know what is right for us can become blocked when we are stuck in coping mechanisms such as people pleasing, fearing judgement, a lack of boundaries and feeling anxious in different situations due to negative life experiences.

With support from the right counsellor you will be able to discover new ways of dealing with what might be holding you back and recognising the value and worth you have.
