Find Anxiety Counsellors in New York, the United States

My focus is providing quality, evidenced based treatment in a supportive environment. Specialties include: anxiety, OCD, PTSD, depression.

You may look like you're functioning on the outside, but inside you feel stuck in the same patterns of anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, or relationship struggles. Together, we'll move beyond simply understanding these patterns to helping you process the emotions beneath them so you can experience greater confidence, connection, and lasting change.

As a licensed psychotherapist with experience living and practicing across India and the US, I work with adults living around the world who may be feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I support clients navigating concerns around relationships, life transitions, traumatic experiences, anxiety, and stress. I offer a warm and non-judgmental space to explore your experiences, understand patterns, and work towards meaningful change.

My clients are Black and queer high achievers who feel like imposters despite real accomplishments. We work on the inner voice that says you are not qualified, the pressure of being the only one in the room, and the cost of holding it together for everyone else. Strengths-based, solution-focused, identity-affirming.

I am helping adults navigate stress & anxiety, increase self-esteem, and feel empowered & confident through online counseling in Florida, New York, and New Jersey!
