Find Female Psychologists in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil

If you are navigating life between cultures and experiencing questions around identity, belonging, stress, or feeling disconnected from yourself, I can support you in exploring these experiences with greater awareness and reconnecting with yourself in a more authentic way. I am an expat living and working in São Paulo and offer both online and in-person sessions.

Many forms of psychological suffering emerge when the ways we once understood ourselves no longer make sense. Migration, career transitions, parenthood, intercultural relationships or major life changes often require more than adaptation. They call for a new way of inhabiting one's life. My clinical work is dedicated to accompanying adults through these transitions.

I am a licensed Brazilian psychologist with a specialization in Psychoanalytic Theory and Institutional Clinical Practice and six years of clinical experience. I offer online therapy for adults who wish to explore their inner world, better understand the forces shaping their thoughts and behaviours, uncover the roots of emotional difficulties, and find new ways to move forward.

If you are here, something inside you is asking for support. Maybe you feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own. Therapy can be a space where you do not have to be strong all the time. A space to pause, to breathe, and to understand what is really happening inside you.

I help adolescents and young adults navigate anxiety, emotional challenges, self-esteem, relationships, social difficulties, and neurodivergence, including autism and ADHD. Together, we can build practical strategies for a more confident, balanced, and authentic life.

A thoughtful and supportive therapeutic space for adults, adolescents (15+), and older adults seeking clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful change.
