Clinical Psychologist specializing in CBT, providing online psychotherapy for adults and adolescents (15+) experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, self-doubt, and life transitions, offering structured, ethical, and collaborative care focused on clarity and meaningful, lasting change.

About Me

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist registered with the Brazilian Regional Council of Psychology (CRP 11/21560), providing online psychotherapy in accordance with established ethical and professional standards. My clinical work integrates empathy and structure. I offer a space where clients feel genuinely heard, while also engaging in a focused and purposeful therapeutic process supported by evidence-based strategies. I work with adults and adolescents (15+) experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, depressive symptoms, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I also support individuals seeking deeper self-awareness, as well as those navigating life transitions and intercultural adaptation. To ensure consistency and quality of care, I maintain a limited caseload, allowing for attentive listening, continuity, and a thoughtful therapeutic experience. Transparency and Reimbursement: Invoices (receipts) are available upon prior request. These documents refer exclusively to the psychotherapy session provided and may be used to request reimbursement from your health insurance provider, subject to each company’s policies and criteria. Scope of Practice and Professional Boundaries: My practice is limited to clinical psychotherapy in order to preserve technical quality, ethical rigor, and clarity in the therapeutic process. I do not provide medico-legal or forensic evaluations, nor do I issue formal reports for legal, administrative, or disability-related purposes. I also do not complete forms related to work capacity, leave of absence, or benefit claims. When appropriate, I can guide referrals to professionals who specialize in these types of evaluations. Contact: If you feel this may be an appropriate time to begin therapy, you are welcome to schedule an appointment through the available time slots.

Approach

My clinical practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that focuses on identifying and modifying patterns of thought and behavior associated with emotional distress. Therapy is collaborative, structured, and goal-oriented. We work together to define clear objectives and develop practical strategies tailored to your individual needs and context. The process is designed not only to reduce symptoms, but also to strengthen emotional regulation, resilience, and self-awareness, supporting long-term psychological well-being. Sessions are conducted at a pace that respects each person’s process, balancing active guidance with space for reflection and meaningful change.
