Which Medications May Be Reviewed?

The service may include review and possible continuation of standard non-stimulant psychiatric medication.

Medication Requiring a Special Prescription

Medication requiring a special, duplicate or double-prescription procedure in Serbia is not prescribed through this service.

This includes medication subject to a special controlled-prescription regime.

Such medication is not included in:

• the standard consultation;

• the urgent same-day consultation;

• the comprehensive psychiatric assessment.

The fact that a medication was previously prescribed in another country does not guarantee that it can be prescribed in Serbia.

Selected anxiolytic medication may be considered only when it is medically appropriate and does not require a special prescribing procedure.
