In this video I explain why we feel anger. Most of us are uncomfortable to admit feelings of anger, let alone feel them. As a result, we struggle to express anger in a helpful way often swinging between periods of passive aggression and actual aggression with neither resulting in anyone getting their needs met.

Yet anger is key to the survival of the human race, it alerts us to mistreatment and it’s energy motivates us to protect ourselves, so safeguarding both our physical and emotional health and wellbeing. So, despite a desire in many of us to suppress anger or deny it completely, we must learn to embrace it and use it for the purpose that nature has intended.

Understanding why something happens put us in a much stronger position to manage it, so my aim in this video is to give you an understanding of anger that will enable you to live more comfortably, calmly and productively with it.
