Practitioners here are spread across a number of places rather than gathered in one. Each city below carries its own list. You can also filter for practitioners who work by video, wherever they are.
In Trinidad and Tobago the public route is free and needs no referral. The Ministry of Health says those services run through the regional health authorities. They are delivered at hospitals, district health facilities and health centres.
A referral letter helps but is not required, and most clinics take walk-ins. Children's services run across all the authorities. Private fees are a different matter. The only statute touching psychology here incorporates the professional association, Act 84 of 2000. It registers nobody, and it sets no fees.

Registration and licensing
In Trinidad and Tobago no law licenses psychologists or psychotherapists, and no government register covers them. The Council of Professions Related to Medicine registers six other health professions; psychology is not among them.
The practical check is the Trinidad and Tobago Association of Psychologists, whose full membership requires a qualification at Master's level or above. Many reputable psychologists join, though membership is voluntary, not a legal requirement. So ask a practitioner about their qualifications and TTAP membership, not about a government licence, because none exists.
