In Ecuador, health titles are registered by the Agencia de Aseguramiento de la Calidad de los Servicios de Salud, the government agency known as ACESS. Its register covers the clinical psychologist and the psychiatrist, which are the titles an Ecuadorian listing most often carries.
What the agency records is the registration of a title, so it answers a qualification question rather than a question about how someone works. You can open the ACESS registration lookup.
