Miss Zanele Ntloko

Counseling Psychologist

I am a Counselling Psychologist. I have been practicing for 5 years post my mandatory internship. I hold two Masters degrees, one in Counselling Psychology and the other in Research Psychology ( by dissertation). I work with trauma, substance abuse, bereavement, intimate relationship issues, psycho-social stressors,

About Me

I offer a compassionate space for adults navigating significant life challenges. With two years of post-internship experience, I support those facing trauma, substance abuse, or bereavement. We also explore complex relationship issues and wider psycho-social stressors. My aim is to help you gain clarity and develop practical coping strategies, fostering your resilience. We work collaboratively to find a way forward.

Approach

I create a steady, practical space where we slow things down to name what feels most urgent and then trace the patterns beneath it. Sessions in Alice or online—in English, Sesotho, isiXhosa or isiZulu—move at your pace: a blend of careful listening, focused sense-making, and gentle tracking so we notice small shifts between meetings. I offer simple, evidence-informed small steps and clear explanations you can try between sessions, adjusting as we learn. This approach tends to suit adults and couples seeking steady, practical support through loss, addiction or relational strain.
