Miss Zanele Angel Mbili

Social Worker (Mental Health)

Compassionate, client focused and congruent therapist with more than 5 years experience. Empathetic towards individuals.

About Me

With over five years' experience, I offer a compassionate and empathetic space for individuals. As a client-focused and congruent therapist, I help you explore your feelings and unique experiences. We will work together at your own pace, ensuring our sessions truly reflect your needs. My approach is designed to help you gain clarity and find a way forward.

Approach

I begin by listening fully, then gently explore what matters most to you so we can name patterns and try small, practical changes together. From my Welkom office or online, in English, Sesotho, isiXhosa or isiZulu, we set a comfortable pace and agree on goals you feel ready for. Sessions blend open conversation, safety planning when needed, reflective tasks and simple coping strategies between meetings to build resilience and strengthen relationships. People facing loss, life shifts or overwhelming stress often find this way of working helpful.
