Counseling Psychologist

A positive psychologist in human flourishing using one's strengths and virtues to optimal functioning

About Me

I help individuals cultivate human flourishing by focusing on the unique strengths and virtues within you. We explore what genuinely energises and motivates you. Building on these qualities enhances your overall well-being. This approach supports you in moving towards optimal functioning and a life rich in meaning. Our sessions are ideal for anyone ready to discover and harness their inherent resources.

Approach

I help clients notice and apply their personal capacities as the engine for change, shaping our work around concrete steps that feel doable and true to you. In Nairobi I meet people face-to-face and online in English, keeping sessions paced to your needs and often pairing short between-session practices—simple reflections, boundary experiments or choice-focused exercises—with our conversations. We track small shifts, adjust plans, and connect insights to everyday decisions so progress becomes visible. This way of working tends to suit people facing loss, relationship strains or recurring patterns that limit their choices.
