Clients come to me when life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or just s little off-track. You might be suffering with anxiety, loneliness, cultural or identity shifts or burnout. I will explore these and other issues with curiosity rather than judgement, so that you feel more grounded , connected and more yourself.

About Me

I am a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist in Basel, Switzerland. I work with people dealing with relationship issues, grief, cross-cultural stress, and burnout. I provide individual psychodynamic therapy, relationship counseling, and advocacy.

Approach

When days tilt into overwhelm or cultural change leaves you unsure, I offer a calm, curious space where we gently map what matters most and follow the threads beneath your experience. In sessions in Basel or online, often in English, Gujarati or Kiswahili, we move between listening, reflection and practical steps—sometimes pausing to track patterns, sometimes setting small experiments to try between meetings. The pace is collaborative and steady, useful for people navigating relationships, loss, relocation or chronic stress who want clearer connection to themselves.

Basic Information

Services

Sometimes life feels heavy, uncertain, or just a little too loud. You might be in a new place—literally or emotionally—wondering where you fit in, how you got here, or where you're supposed to go next. Whether you're navigating a move abroad, a shift in identity, career burnout, relationship stress, or a quiet but persistent sense that something’s not quite right, therapy can offer a space to land.

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative. I work with people who may seem “fine” on the outside but feel lost, stuck, or disconnected inside. You don’t need to have all the answers to begin—just a willingness to explore.

I help clients unpack the layers of stress, loneliness, or self-doubt that come that come as a result of extraneous issues In our sessions, there’s room for everything: the uncertainty, the grief, the hope, the questions you haven’t dared to ask yet.

Therapy is not performative ( as life can sometimes feel). It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting to who you really are beneath the noise. With honesty, care, and curiosity, we’ll work together to help you feel more steady, self-aware, and in charge of your life again.

No matter where you're starting from—or where in the world you are—you’re welcome here.
