Approach

We prioritise practical, steady progress that builds confidence one conversation at a time, meeting clients at our Mountain Mall clinic, in English or Kiswahili, or through secure online sessions. Sessions move at a clear, collaborative pace — listening first, then trying small, achievable steps together, with brief reflections or check-ins between meetings to track what’s working. The tone is purposeful and supportive, helping adults, couples, families and organisations translate insight into everyday change.

Services

Individual Counselling

If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, or any other personal challenges, our individual therapy sessions provide a safe space to explore your emotions and develop coping strategies. Our counsellors work with you to identify the root causes of your struggles and equip you with skills to enhance resilience and personal growth.

Marriage and Relationship Counselling

Relationships can be complex, and every couple faces challenges at some point. Whether you’re dealing with communication issues, trust concerns, conflict resolution, or pre-marital doubts, our marriage and relationship counselling services help partners build stronger, healthier relationships.

Family Counselling

Families are the foundation of our society, and strong family bonds promote emotional well-being. We offer family therapy to help families resolve conflicts, improve communication, and support each other through difficult times. Our services cater to parents, children, siblings, and extended families who need guidance in fostering unity and understanding.

Corporate Wellness Programs

Mental health challenges don’t just affect individuals—they impact workplaces as well. Organizations that prioritize the mental well-being of their employees experience increased productivity, reduced absenteeism, and a positive work environment. Work Towers Counselling Services in Kenya partners with companies to provide employee wellness programs, stress management workshops, and conflict resolution training to enhance workplace well-being.

Addiction and Substance Abuse Counselling

Substance and alcohol use disorders are increasing in Kenya, affecting individuals and families. Our addiction counselling services are designed to help individuals struggling with drug and alcohol dependency, guiding them toward recovery, rehabilitation, and relapse prevention. We also offer family support programs to help loved ones cope and understand how to provide effective support.

Trauma and PTSD Counselling

Experiencing a traumatic event can have a lasting impact on mental health. Our trauma-focused therapy is designed to help individuals overcome post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), abuse, accidents, loss, and other distressing experiences. Our therapists use evidence-based techniques to help clients process trauma and regain control of their lives.

Youth and Teen Counselling

Young people today face unique challenges, from academic pressure to peer influence and social media stress. Our youth counselling services focus on mental health support for teenagers and young adults, addressing issues such as bullying, anxiety, depression, career guidance, and self-identity struggles.
