Approach

Drawing on what you've read, therapy here unfolds as a gentle, practical collaboration focused on making sense of patterns and easing overwhelm. In calm appointments in Exeter or online we move at your pace, tracking thoughts, parts of self and memories while building simple coping skills and breathing or grounding practices. Between sessions I offer brief, manageable tasks to practice and we review progress together so work stays relevant. This way of working often suits adults and couples seeking steady, compassionate change.
