Miss Vrinda Bansal

Psychologist

An aspiring mental heath professional

About Me

I am a psychologist and licensed counsellor based in Delhi, India. I treat abuse, anxiety, family issues, LGBTQI+ concerns, and mood disorders. I teach coping skills through individual and child/adolescent psychotherapy and mindfulness.

Approach

Curious, attentive energy guides how I work: I listen for patterns and small strengths you might miss, then shape sessions around your pace and needs. In Delhi or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, we blend short, practical exercises with gentle reflection—sometimes practicing a grounding or mindful pause in-session, sometimes setting tiny between-session experiments to build confidence. This way of collaborating tends to suit people navigating trauma, relationship strains, anxiety or life transitions who want steady, skill-focused support rather than quick fixes.
