Therapeutic Counselor

I am an integrative counsellor and hypnotherapist with six years of experience supporting adults with anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief and life transitions. I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental space, tailoring therapy to your individual needs and supporting you towards greater understanding, resilience and positive change.

About Me

As a counsellor and hypnotherapist with six years of experience, I provide professional support for adults experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties. I use an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to each individual and creating a safe, confidential space where you can explore your challenges and work towards positive change. I support clients with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, loss, and bereavement. At White House Cancer Support Charity, I work with individuals affected by cancer and grief, while through Changing Rooms I support NHS-referred clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and life difficulties. I am a member of a professional register accredited by the Professional Standards Authority, reflecting my commitment to ethical and high-quality practice. My personal experiences of relocation, cultural diversity, learning new languages, and motherhood have shaped my understanding of resilience and the uniqueness of every individual. I believe everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and create positive change.

Approach

My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. I combine person-centred counselling with elements of CBT, hypnotherapy and other therapeutic techniques, depending on your needs and goals. I aim to create a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore your experiences, understand underlying patterns and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
