About Me
Approach
My approach to therapy primarily focuses on the connection between recurring thoughts and behaviors. The aim is to identify and change faulty thought patterns with more positive and objective thoughts.
However, I recognize that each client comes with a unique experience that does not fit one box and approach to therapy. As a client-centered therapist, I adopt an eclectic approach to therapy that focuses on building rapport, unconditional positive regard, and establishing empathetic connections.
I am a receptive and compassionate listener. I strive to create a non-judgmental and safe space for clients to establish a positive alliance that best fits their needs and concerns.
In addition to my clinical work, I am an avid yoga and meditation practitioner which allows me to incorporate mindfulness-based techniques and tools in my work.
