Ms Victoria Miller

Licensed Clinical Social Workers

verified by TherapyRoute

Video sessions only at this time. I am licensed in CA and OR and have sessions available weekday evenings as well as Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays during the day. I specialize in anxiety, co-dependency, and providing therapy to healthcare workers.

About Me

I understand the unique pressures healthcare workers face, often leading to anxiety and co-dependency. I also support others grappling with these challenges. Our video sessions offer a flexible way to explore patterns and find clarity, even with demanding schedules. I aim to create a calm space where you can gently address what holds you back and build resilience.

Approach

Holding remote appointments during weekday evenings and weekend days creates the flexibility to do steady, practical work despite unpredictable schedules. From Walnut Creek I lead English-language teletherapy with focused, paced check-ins—mixing mindfulness and brief CBT experiments to gently surface patterns tied to anxiety, co-dependency and burnout. Between sessions you’ll try short, doable practices and bring observations back so we can adjust what’s actually shifting. This way of working tends to suit clinicians, caregivers, and anyone balancing demanding roles who wants measurable, sustainable change.
