As a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist I am dedicated to understanding the complex emotional lives of infants, children, young people, families and carers in depth. My work focuses on looking beneath the surface of problematic emotions, behaviours or relationships and on helping children and adolescents, and their families, to understand themselves and their difficulties, and with that increasing/ enhancing emotional resilience.
