About Me

I am a registered clinical counselor and somatic psychotherapist based in Brookvale, NSW, Australia. I can support you to process emotional pain, difficult experiences and trauma, addiction and unlhealthy coping, relationship problems and grief through individual counselling, somatic psychotherapy and brainspotting.

My integrative, warm and compassionate approach provides a safe, non-judgmental space where we tailor our work together to your unique needs. If you feel stuck in anxiety, depression, or relationship issues, or if you battle with addiction, you are not alone; and there is something you can do to start feeling better. Integrative psychotherapy and trauma-informed clinical counselling can help you get unstuck and heal painful dynamics within yourself and your relationships. I believe in the ability of each client to attune and connect with the different parts of their self, heal past trauma, and find balance and wellbeing.
