Registered Psychotherapist

I am a registered and experienced Counsellor in private practice, based in Islington and Hackney. I work with individuals, couples and groups

About Me

As an experienced, registered counsellor, I provide a confidential space in Islington and Hackney. I work with individuals, couples, and groups, helping you explore feelings and navigate life's complexities. Together, we can gain new perspectives and find practical ways forward. My aim is to support you in understanding yourself better and building lasting resilience.

Approach

Rather than focusing solely on labels, I work with you to slow the pace, name what matters and create steady ways of managing overwhelming feelings. Sessions — in person from my north London practice, or online in English — are practical and collaborative: we use grounding, gentle trauma‑focused exploration and real-life experiments between meetings to test new responses to anxiety, grief, shame or family pain. I keep a steady, measured rhythm so you can build safety and clearer choices. This way of working suits adults seeking thoughtful, supportive change.
