I work as an Expressive Arts Therapy focused Mental Health Counsellor. I support folks to navigate through the difficulties in their relationships, work with anxiety using Body-Based Approaches and help them access their agencies to make informed choices.

When relationships feel strained or anxiety feels overwhelming, you might feel stuck. I offer a space where we can explore these challenges. Using Expressive Arts Therapy and Body-Based Approaches, we will uncover new ways to understand your feelings. This creative, grounded work helps you navigate complex situations. Together, we will access your inner resources to make choices aligned with your true self.

Approach

Sessions move between image, movement and talk so you can feel what’s happening in your body and relations and begin to name it. I see adults in Dubai and online, offering a calm, paced space in English or Hindi/Urdu where we try things slowly and keep them simple. Through art-making, gentle somatic noticing and reflective conversation we track patterns, test small changes and bring discoveries into everyday moments between meetings. This approach fits people facing anxiety, relationship strain or life transitions who want practical, creative steps forward.
