Urvashi provides a gentle, online therapy environment specifically designed for individuals who value depth, nuance, and a slow-paced collaborative approach over quick fixes. They offer individual therapy, psychological assessments, and mental health workshops to help people navigate deep emotions, explore personal patterns, and find their own rhythm in a thoughtful way.

About Me

I am a RCI registered Rehabilitation & Counselling Psychologist practicing since 2018 across various fields of psychology. I work with individuals who often appear composed and high-functioning on the outside but navigate a deeply layered, intense, and sometimes overwhelming inner world. I favor a slow, collaborative, and deeply curious therapeutic environment. If you often feel "too much" for traditional spaces or find yourself losing your sense of self to the expectations of your work and relationships, we may be a great fit. I specialize in supporting highly sensitive individuals (HSPs), neurodivergent adults, individuals with trauma histories and professionals facing deep-seated burnout or existential overwhelm. I offer a trauma-informed and neuro-affirmative space where your sensitivity is respected as a strength, and where we can work together to build a life that feels authentic to who you are, even when things feel messy.

Approach

Relational & Collaborative: I prioritize the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for change, moving at a pace that respects your comfort and readiness. Neuro-Affirmative & Queer-Affirmative: My practice is a safe, validating space that honors diverse ways of being and identifies systemic barriers rather than pathologizing individual differences. Trauma-Informed & Somatic-Aware: I integrate an understanding of how the body holds stress and past experiences, focusing on safety and regulation rather than just cognitive "fixing."
