About Me

I offer a compassionate, safe space where we can explore your experiences together. As a mindfulness-based counsellor and dance movement therapy practitioner, I guide clients to connect with their inner wisdom. We can use gentle movement and body awareness to help process feelings and work towards your unique goals. My ongoing Somatic Experiencing training enriches this holistic approach. This support is ideal for those seeking a gentle, embodied way to navigate life's challenges.

Approach

Presence anchors how we work: I invite gentle attunement to sensations and movement so emotions and patterns can be noticed and slowly reshaped. Sessions in Pune or online flow at a calm, steady pace—sometimes we explore movement in-session, sometimes I offer simple practices to try between meetings; I use reflective naming, breathing and somatic tracking to support shifts in anxiety, trauma, relationships and life transitions. This way of working often suits people seeking steady, embodied change.
