Ms Tshegofatso Motsubele

Registered Counselor

A Registered counsellor working with a variety of issues to restore functioning and enhance well-being.

About Me

As a Registered Counsellor, I support individuals facing diverse challenges. The goal is to restore personal functioning and enhance overall well-being. Sessions offer a confidential space to explore concerns and identify practical steps forward. Clients can gain clarity and build resilience, moving beyond feeling overwhelmed. This approach suits anyone seeking gentle guidance to navigate difficult periods, improving daily life.

Approach

Restoring everyday balance starts with small, practical steps shaped around your pace and priorities. Based in Sandton, I work in English, Sesotho, seTswana and isiZulu and also offer online sessions so we can meet wherever feels safest. Sessions move between careful listening, focused exploration and agreed tools or short tasks you can try between meetings—useful for grief, burnout, trauma or relationship strains—while I check progress and adjust the plan collaboratively. This way of working often suits people seeking steady, doable change.
