My clients are often professionals, parents, and individuals navigating demanding lives, transitions, or periods of uncertainty. Many come to therapy when they feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or significant life changes, and are looking for a space to reflect and regain clarity.

About Me

I am a psychologist with over 20 years of experience, working primarily with adults. I have been in private practice since 2004 and am the co-founder of Trova Health, a platform supporting mental health professionals worldwide. Working with me is collaborative and grounded in empathy. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges, reflect on your strengths, and develop practical strategies for growth. My approach is informed by positive psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and solution-focused therapy, tailored to your needs and goals. I help clients navigate stress, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. Whether you are seeking insight, coping strategies, or a renewed sense of direction, I provide support that is both practical and deeply compassionate, helping you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Approach

My work as a psychologist is grounded in a positive psychology framework, focusing on helping you build on your strengths while working through life’s challenges. Therapy may begin with concerns such as anxiety, stress, or life transitions, but it also involves identifying the personal resources that support your growth and well-being. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, and tailor the process to your needs and goals. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and reflective. Together we explore patterns, develop helpful strategies, and identify meaningful steps forward so that you feel better equipped to navigate life with clarity and confidence.
