I provide professional support for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, and panic. This includes specific OCDs, such as ROCD, and the complex impact of narcissistic abuse. My work focuses on helping you understand these challenges and develop practical strategies. Clients find a calm space to explore their feelings, build resilience, and move towards greater well-being.

My work focuses on noticing patterns that fuel anxiety, intrusive doubts and post‑abuse responses, then gently testing practical steps together. Working from Dorset and online in English, sessions are paced to suit you—short grounding practices, reflective conversation and focused tasks to try between meetings. I weave mindful attention with collaborative behavioural experiments to change how you respond to thoughts, panic and obsessive worries while strengthening safety after narcissistic harm.
