Clinical Counselors

I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. It's my goal to provide a nonjudgmental and welcoming space so you can explore who you are, where you came from, and how you want to heal. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I use evidence-based practices in session to ensure safe and quality care.

About Me

I offer a warm, empathetic space where you can truly explore your identity and past. My goal is to help you understand your journey and find your path to healing. We’ll work collaboratively, using evidence-based practices to ensure safe, quality care. This approach is ideal if you seek a non-judgmental environment to navigate your personal story. I believe everyone can benefit from this supportive process.

Approach

Healing often unfolds through small, practical steps and honest reflection, so I guide sessions toward focused understanding and manageable change. From my Chilliwack office or via secure online sessions in English, appointments move at a pace you set, with regular check-ins to track what’s shifting. We combine grounding and somatic tools with paced trauma processing and brief between-session practices to reduce overwhelm, manage stress, and clarify relationship or life-change decisions. People who appreciate clear structure alongside gentle support tend to find this approach helpful.
