About Me
Approach
As your therapist, I want you to get to your happy place a lot quicker than it took me to get to mine. But you have to be ready to deal with your baggage.
I’m not about teaching you to cope, that’s what you’ve been doing. I’m about taking you by the hand and guiding you through the things that you locked in that closet for so many years as you just coped with life.
No band aid solutions here.
Life does not have to keep feeling this way. You need to be able to re-write that story that has been playing in your head for so many years about who you are and what you’re capable of doing and I’m going to help you write, edit and submit the final draft on how you’re going to live your life.

I know, you’re feeling stuck. You want so much to be able to move on with your life, but you can’t get out of your head. You’re constantly over thinking things and as much as you try to stop you just can’t turn your brain off. You stay up late at night thinking about everything you did or said, imagining the worst possible scenarios to every decision you have to make. Everything that you’re feeling is interfering with you being able to live the life that you have always wanted for yourself.
But you don’t have to keep struggling, you can have the things that you dream of and I can help you get there. I understand what you are going through; I’ve had that same heaviness on my chest at different points in my life. It can get better, but you have to be willing to reach out and get a little more guidance than you may be getting from friends and family.
I provide therapy for the treatment of anxiety via a video conference and in person. I use techniques such as exposure therapy where I get you to face head on the things that are holding you back. I have been helping women reclaim their life for close to ten years now and look forward to helping you to rewrite your story.
