Therapy Uninterrupted is a private practice in Ontario that offers psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and more. We work with clients addressing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, neurodiversity, relationship struggles, self-esteem, LGBTQ+ identity, grief and loss, immigration and cultural identity, and life transitions.

About Us

We are a mental health organization offering support to individuals, couples, groups, and other therapists virtually across Ontario, Canada. Our clinicians are Registered Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists, or student therapists working towards their registration. We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, life coaching, group therapy, clinical and administrative supervision for therapists. We also provide accessible therapy pricing through our Affordable Therapy Program run by our student therapists.

Approach

Clients can expect steady, practical sessions that balance focused skill-building with space to reflect and process. Our therapists offer warm, empathetic care to clients to support their growth and healing in an optimal environment. Due to our virtual nature, sessions can happen anywhere within Ontario in the comfort of your home, office, or another secure space to offer optimal flexibility. We work to empower our clients to create collaborative goals and treatment plans and be the leader in their own healing journey with personalized approaches and check-ins along the way.

Our clinic offers individual therapy, couples therapy (for romantic partnerships, roommates, siblings, other family dyads, or polyamorous/open relationships), and group therapy for adolescents and adults across Ontario. We also offer clinical and administrative supervision services for other therapists practicing or hoping to practice in Ontario.
