About Us

Therapy and Lifestyle Clinic was created when two experienced associates within the Healthcare Industry, Sian Spencer-Bray and Joseph Cattee, decided to create a clinic that supported individuals with their mental health needs. Passionate about ensuring that individuals had the standard of professional support required to better themselves, Therapy and Lifestyle Clinic (TLC) was formed.
