About Me

Hi, I am Puneet, a Counselling Psychologist with over 5 years of experience in supporting teens and adults with their mental health needs. I primarily help individuals learn how to work through negative-intrusive thoughts and emotions, how to overcome stress, anxiety and depression, and how to have a more fulfilling relationship both with themselves and others. I only engage in short-term, goal-oriented work that can provide life-long benefits to me clients. Therefore, using the principles of various cognitive and humanistic therapies, I have developed Accelerated Therapy — which is a fast-paced, highly systematized and collaborative form of therapy lasting only 5 Sessions and geared to produce 2x Faster Results than traditional approaches. I hope you'll choose to invest in therapy and yourself. See you soon.
