The Happy Portion Foundation

The Happy Portion Foundation

The Happy Portion Foundation counselors and therapists assure you of a confidential, warm and effective mental health session.

About Us

We are a Nairobi-based mental health organisation in Central, Kenya. Our team includes a psychiatrist and licensed clinicians. We provide child and adolescent therapy, psychological and diagnostic assessment, advocacy, and clinical supervision.

Approach

Assuring a confidential, warm space, we focus on how change unfolds in small, steady steps that fit daily life. In Nairobi and through multilingual online sessions, we set clear, gentle pacing: short check-ins, focused work during sessions, and simple practical steps to try between appointments. Sessions are collaborative and measured — listening, reflecting, and adjusting goals together so progress feels manageable. This way of working often suits families, individuals, and organisations seeking practical, sustained shifts rather than quick fixes.
