Mr Terence To

Registered Social Worker

Clinical social worker with a focus on mood and anxiety disorders. Experienced working with both adolescents and adults.

About Me

I offer a supportive space for adolescents and adults navigating mood and anxiety. If feelings feel overwhelming or worry is constant, we can explore these experiences together. As a clinical social worker, I help you develop practical ways to manage daily challenges. My aim is for you to gain clarity and build resilience, finding a steady path forward.

Approach

When emotions become hard to manage, I focus on collaborative, paced sessions that balance immediate coping skills with gentle exploration of underlying patterns. I work with young people and adults in Brampton and online, offering sessions in English and Cantonese, and we set achievable goals together each week. Sessions mix conversation, short practical exercises and brief between-session tasks so new habits can take root and anxiety or low mood become more manageable. This way of working often fits those wanting clear, steady steps toward greater control.
